Maintenance of the electric and automated barriers is necessary to ensure that the safety features work correctly and avoid malfunctions that can cause significant disruption to daily operations in the location where the automatic entry device has been installed. Based on the use of the system, motorized electric systems are recommended to be maintained and barrier maintenance and repair at least every six months.

We Provide All Kinds of Automated System Services

  1. A thorough inspection of the system is under consideration to ensure that each element is in operating condition. The entire process will take about 20-30 minutes for each gateway.
  2. Before the maintenance of the system is completed, the engineer will ask that the customers operate the system. Maintenance is done to ensure that the system is functioning correctly before any servicing is carried out. If there are apparent faults, the visit will not be considered a service but a fault finding.
  3. Every moving part will be cleaned, lubricated, and checked for any abrasions. The engineer also reviews the following things:
    1. Safety devices are fully operational, and the barrier stops on impact and returns to its original position.
    2. Included intercom systems will be checked, as well as keypad access control.
  4. We send a written report to the customer once it is completed. The information will include details about any problems and recommendations for parts or repairs.
  5. If any work is required to be done on-site because of issues found during servicing, the charges will vary depending on the nature of the work after the customer consents to the repair.
