The charge for callouts covers the initial hour to allow our engineer to pinpoint the issue, determine what parts are needed to resolve it, and fix it as needed. This must be paid before the time the callout is scheduled.
The purchase does not include any components required. Any required parts are charged to the client.
If the issue cannot be corrected during the engineer’s arrival at the site, we will provide a quote for the parts required for the repair.
All parts needed to repair the damage will be charged separately. The customer’s consent must be sought before any order or fitting of replacement parts is made.
