  • An extensive system inspection is under consideration to ensure that each element is in functioning order. The entire process will take about 20-30 minutes for each gateway.
  • Before any servicing on the device is completed, engineers will require that the customer utilizes the device. This procedure is carried out to check if the system is operating reasonably before completing any work to repair it. If there are apparent flaws within this system, the service will be billed as a fault fix rather than a service.
  • All moving parts are thoroughly cleaned, lubricated and assessed for any abrasion. Engineers will also examine the following items:
    1. Safety devices are in the entire operation.
    2. If the intercom system includes keypads for access control will also be inspected.
  • After the process is completed, a written report will be sent to the client. The report will describe any issues discovered, along with suggestions for the parts and repairs required.
  • If work needs to be done on-site due to problems discovered during the service, it will be charged on an individual basis according to the nature of the work. The service provider will carry out the repairs with the customer’s permission.
